The workaround methods for users whose deposits were made to the wrong address explained are as follows:
1. Deposits made to a non-Btlux address:
If the deposit is made to a non-Btlux address, recovery of deposit is not possible.
2. Minimum deposit requirement not met:
Resources are required to process each and every deposit made on Btlux Exchange. For this reason, a minimum sum per deposit is required. Therefore, deposits that do not meet the minimum deposit requirement do not constitute as a deposit and cannot be recovered. Please check the minimum deposit requirement on the deposit page carefully before making a deposit.
3. Deposits of asset A made to the address of asset B at Btlux Exchange (Eg. BTC to BCH address at Btlux Exchange):
If the deposit value is greater than 1500 USDT or equivalent, please provide your Btlux UID, type of asset, deposit amount, deposit address and TXID by sending us an email to support@Btlux.co with the email subject "Deposits made to wrong address + UID". We will notify our wallet team for assets recovery. Such requests may take at least a month to process. We seek your kind understanding.

4. Deposits of assets that have not been listed on Btlux Exchange:
Users have to wait for the asset to be listed on Btlux Exchange.
